![]() ![]() ![]() Prior to joining Brooks Brothers, Ohashi was President of International and Global Retail for Authentic Brands Group (ABG), leading the brand management, business development and marketing of ABG’s $4 billion portfolio of brands outside the U.S. Ohashi has led Brooks Brothers’ highly publicized acquisition out of bankruptcy, then transformed and repositioned the company to profitability in less than two years. Ohashi is Chief Executive Officer of Brooks Brothers, the iconic 204-year-old brand with $800M in global sales across 600-plus retail doors worldwide. Ken Ohashi is a highly-regarded industry executive with more than 25 years of experience in fashion, consumer products, retail and business development. Kilsys graduated with a B.B.A in Accounting from Hofstra University and resides in New York with her husband and two children. Earlier in her career, Kilsys spent 12 years in the financial services industry serving in various finance and accounting roles. Before that, Kilsys founded an online stationery and invitation company to fill the void for culturally relevant images. While at Enterprise, she established a formal internship program that served as a pipeline for underrepresented students. Prior to NYCHA, Kilsys was the Operations Manager for Enterprise Community Partners in New York City overseeing administrative, facility, and IT related directives. At NYCHA, she set organizational strategy and helped to lead the day-to- day operations of an agency serving over 600,000 residents with nearly 11,000 employees. Most recently Kilsys served as Chief of Staff to the General Manager and Chief Operating Officer at the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA). Kilsys Payamps-Roure is the founding Executive Director for Braven in New York City where she leads strategy and management builds and supports university, employer, and key stakeholder partnerships and is responsible for brand awareness and fundraising. ![]()
